Ah yes, this new year has come once again.
It is time to make resolutions again - albeit a little late. This means like
every year going out and buying the best workout apparel to get you started.
First thing is you need to make a workout schedule of what you are going to do
and then go from there. My advice to get the most bang for your buck on a
get in shape resolution is a triathlon. Now I am not just saying that
because this is a tri website, but if you break it down it is the best idea.
All of the training will allow you to be in the best shape possible and in order
to train at peak performance your diet has to be right too. So right there you
will be killing to birds with one stone. Not to mention all of the other
benefits that you might not have thought about.
Here are just a few of those benefits.
Since you are eating right you will be saving a lot of money. "How
so?" you might ask. If you are eating right that means that it will
be cutting out all the trips to the fast food places which saves a lot of
cash and you will not be buying excess food or junk food. With that
money you save you will now be able to buy some high quality race gear.
There also is the factor of sleep. When not eating right or if you
are inactive your body, although sleeping, does not get the type of sleep
you need to be energized for the next day. When you workout for a
triathlon you will be using energy that you never thought that you had, plus you will have more energy than every before. Then
there is the big goal that everyone's resolution has....be fit. I will
guarantee that you will be in the best shape of your life if you stick to the
training schedule. So come on and give this resolution a "TRI". |
