Simple to install. I have it installed on a Felt Tri bike.

Very comfortable saddle. I tried it because I had read a number of positive reviews, but I didn't expect much because it was priced so reasonably. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was comfortable and resolved the numbness issue.
