Bonked on the run. Walked/Ran after mile 3. No other choice as the body gave out.

Nutrition for next Oly:
1. Follow guidelines for eating before race. Ensure proper calorie consumption in the hours preceeding start.
2. Try to take in 200 to 300 cals per hour. i.e. some sports drink just before start, infinit on the bike, a little water/gel or some gatorade on the run.
