Bagel and coffee when waking up then half a clif bar after setting up transition.

Comments:

I had trouble siting the shore at the end and swallowed a bit of water. The course felt a lot longer than 500 meters. I would guess maybe 600 or 650.
What would you do differently?:

Use clear goggles. It was overcast and this could of helped.

Probably my smoothest T1 so far. It was a bit of a jog to my bike. But I was lucky and was on the end.

The bike felt good. I had a gu around mile 6. I had planned to have it around mile 9 or so but had it early and i think it really helped keep me going. I was pretty impressed with my pace.

Nothing. I could not be happier about my run and how I stayed positive!

I have always loved CGI races and this was great as well!
