Comments: My arms got tired pretty quickly. i kept veering off coarse. towards the end of the swim(last 150m) the wetsuit made me feel like i was choking. However, this was my fastest time in the water ever. i am happy with my results. What would you do differently?: work on my breathing. finding a way to keep myself going in the right direction instead of veering off coarse. Transition 1
Comments: I had to put my shoes on first since i have road shoes instead of tri/one strap shoes. putting on my socks and shoes took a good amount of time. What would you do differently?: find a more efficient way to get my shoes and socks on. Bike
Comments: my legs felt like jelly. i had no driving power from my quads. then i would sprint up a hill and burn myself out. What would you do differently?: train harder for the spinning/time trial aspect of it. Transition 2
Comments: i couldn't find my spot on the rack i went down the aisle twice i think and couldn't find my shit. that deffinately killed my time. What would you do differently?: remember where my damn bike is and learn how to take off my shoes on the bike. cause i am going to fuck up my cleats if i keep doing what i am doing. Run
Comments: my legs burned and didn't feel like they had any power in them. i was able to sprint the last 50 yards but that didn't do me anygood for my age group. What would you do differently?: i need to take that energy i had at the end and find a way to disperse it over the whole run. Post race
