Lots of sand at to much time cleaning feet then putting on shoes, though better then jumping on bike with really dirty feet

Eat and drinking somemore before starting to bike

Need alot more training on hills.Bike is super fast on downhills. Had problems with cramping both legs in the Quads, though could never stop to strech out was always on a hill, just push through it, hurt alot.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

cramping,need to train more,hills and running. Swimming and biking with a broken finger.

Very nice race,swim course was great,bike course was very hard.run also great a lot of people to support you to keep you motiavated
