Started out front. Got run over four or five times once bad at bouy. Got a little choked up on Salt but kept going. Never really hit a groove.

Ride started great. Super crowded on the road. Again, never really felt right. Started to groove in last mile. Impossible not to draft. Scrubbed a wheel with a disc b/c of a slow chick but no fall

Cramps in chest and stomach. Walked the first mile........couldn't run at all...Finally got stuff together and jogged it out. Mentally messed up. Didn't cleat last run on garmin and it kept beeping because I couldn't run so I shut it off. Mentally F'd
