Comments:

Swimming was inconsequential as it was only 100 yds. I haven't been swimming since the LA tri in September (3 months). Swimming was difficult at the end of the event.

T1 was run to swim. Got my foot stuck putting on my bike shoes. I always have one problem or another.

Flat flat course. It makes such a huge difference. Plus it was a draft legal race, which made it extra fun. I've never drafted before, so I didn't want to. I finally started about 1/2 way through the race. Training on hills really pays off for a flat course. time is an estimate/no splits given.
What would you do differently?:

start drafting earlier in a draft legal race.

Warm down:

some stretching, but not enough. Calves started to get tight/hurt bad on drive home.

Event comments:

Very well organized for a local low budget sprint race. EXTREMELY fast course with no problems hiccups. Not much of a physical test, but fun to go FAST. Running twice a week up from once a week has really benefitted my times. I still need to train more.
