Pre-race routine:

Stayed at wife's cousins house in Richmond near race course. Got to bed about 11p. Slept awful. Never sleep well at other peoples houses (note to self). Woke up about 4a because son came in room after cats were jumping on his face. Never went back to sleep. Got up about 5:30a. Left house about 5:45a

Ran in good with bike. Bobbled bike while trying to get front bars over rack. Shoes on good. No socks. No trouble finding spot.
