I was very aware of my right ankle/foot and had to nurse it somewhat. Quads tired and I was scuffing my feet instead of placing my feet quietly

Work on Pose Running & perhaps more bricks after long rides

None really - we jumped in the car and drove home

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Claustrophobia & not being relaxed in the swim and lack of running in the last 4-5 weeks due to my right foot
