Whoops. Crashed. Someone went down in front of me and I needed to know if Minnesota road rash was the same as CO road rash, so I locked up a rear brake and went slip-sliding!

Distance was long enough that I had to wear my super-support shoes. There aren't speed-laces in my super-support shoes. Also removed shirt... sorry to any mothers of small children who are now traumatized (both the mothers and the children).

Crashing.

Event comments:

Buoys were a JOKE. At no point in the swim should you not be able to see anything - if this company works in tri in this area, they know that the worst that can happen is have tons of fog. They needed 1/3 more buoys.
