Event comments:

Really felt good about this race! From an effort level, probably my best race of the year...Really was focused the whole race on pushing every little extra inch I could. Seems vacation helped me from work and racing... I'll take that! I've done alot of racing(for me) this year and really felt my focus was spot on today! Raised some personel bars for myself today and it's only motivated me more! If that's possible:) Gotta catch up with Milton and Patrick today and always enjoy there company!! Got some priceless IM and basic tri info from Patrick, which is always appreciated! Really had a great time! It was 1st time in awhile the family went and that was good! Makes for a more fun ride home!!! Love those guys!
