Got up at 4:30. Ate a couple of Cliff Bars and a banana. Headed out to the race at 5:30.

Just a great place to swim! I cramped a few times on the swim. Need to look into that.

Should have stayed more to the center of the river. Needed to sight more! Feel like I lost a few minutes.
