What would you do differently?:

better pace, save more energy. Power Gel with 2x caffeine upsets the stomach. The Power Bars worked okay, just all stuck together.

Ice cold, wet towel was a life saver, I hurt really bad

What limited your ability to perform faster:

burnt to much gas on the ride!!

The volunteers were awesome. The swag has really gone downhill from years in the past, but the service is still tops!!
