Nice and warm water with easy in water swim start, although I lost sight of the first turn buoy, that I went to the second, so I had to go back to the first, lost about 2-4 minutes there

Getting faster and faster the shoes on bike helps, leaving googles in suit, although my suit was dragging with my bike on the way out

I was KILLING on the start for a badass split until I entered the military base, where the course was narrow with many first timers in the way, and speed bumps. At points it was like CRIT racing, that one person pushed me after I passed him at 25mph+, that I flipped over and slid 50 ft. I got some bad road rash. I lost 5 minutes and maybe more trying to get mentally back into it. Here is the damage, and apparently there were many people who wrecked in this area... http://i45.tinypic.com/dyvckp.jpg
