I would definitely do this race again. The bike course is flat, although the surface can be rough. The running route has a generous amount of shade. A good place for a PR.

Course: little wind at the beginning, but it started to pick up toward the end. lots of rough roads. I had to stop about 10 miles into the race to reset my aerobar. I took the rkde pretty easy and avoided the big chain ring
