What limited your ability to perform faster:

It was my first race..so no clue what to do.

Event comments:

Well I finished. I am happy with that. I need to push the swimming training. I ended up doing breaststroke for more than 50% of the swim. I kept up with some doing that. I think some open water training would help. But the key is I need to do laps..laps..laps..

I found my self not pushing as hard as I could on the bike thinking I needed to save my self for the run. Next time I will push harder on the bike.

The Run was ok...I know in August I will do better.

I will have to wait for my times to be posted online. I have no idea how I did time wise.
