for my first triathlon I was very unaware of the battling for position that goes on in the first 500 meters

start a little more forward I am a fairly good swimmer and feel other people should have to work around me.

I need help drinking while running I was not very good at getting fluids in and keeping them in. I did however keep myself very cool because of this

Work on hydration, work on hill endurance

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Never competeing like this before, not realizing the difficulty in the swim. The hill on the run, overall speed on the bike. Lack of proper nutrition

Event comments:

This was the 1st one how could it not be good, but It was the most awesome experience. I am Hooked!
