  • Comments: Not very organized but the course made it fun and extremely challenging and that was enough. The food was good and jumping into the lake afterwards is a definite must!!

  • Comments: My goal time was 3 hours, so I just made it. I did better on the swim than I thought I would, but worse on the bike and run. HR avg: 157 HR max: 176
