  • Comments: All in all I was pleased with my effort - 2nd out of the water and 3rd place in my age group. I was a little disappointed in the execution of the event - a mix-up on bike course and the lack of H20 on the run. But, I look forward to doing this race again next year. Average HR for the race was 154.
