  • Comments: Overall, I was pleased with my swim and really impressed with my bike split. As hot as it was during the race, I felt I stayed well hydrated throughout the race. I did the mini sprint of this race back in February and my bike time for 9 miles was 42 minutes. My fitness level has improved and I need to continue to run more to be able to get my run times down. Now time to continue to prepare for the Mountain Man sprint tri on the 17th!

  • Comments: Hadn't done a trifamily race in awhile, need to do more. Hung out with Todd before and after a had a great time!!!!
