  • Comments: This is a fairly big, well-established, charity 5K/10K that we try to do every year...it is still my 5K PR course from 4 years ago and I PR'ed in the 10K last year. Very flat. 10K course was a bit short last year, but the 5K this year seems to have been right on the money.
