  • Comments: Inaugural race, nice turnout, nice expo. Not enough porta potties. Music was good for first half. Didn't like the polka or some of the bands in the second half. Course was a change from Cleveland Marathon half and was OK with a couple of challenging hills. Glad I did the race. Humid day. Second best Half yet.

  • Comments: The course wasn't particularly scenic, with parts of the route going down roads that were barely above being an alley, and others going through industrial areas, but the music from live bands every mile was cool - especially the Polka because who doesn't want to hear "Who Stole the Kishka" when they run? The volunteers were all very friendly, and they even had cheerleaders out there from the local schools. So, not a scenic run at all, but a fun environment to race.

  • Comments: Event was OK. Course was cool and I liked some of the bands. However, some of the registration process and race check-in procedures were poorly explained and lacked signage.
