  • Comments: Fun race. Little River is a cute little town, with the brick road and the well kept main street. The city of 600 people is really proud of this race, and I wish more people would come run it. Between the 5k and 10k, they had a little over 100 runners total. The course is challenging, the crowd is great, and you can get a delicious steak and a beer at Fat Boyz after, even if it is only 10:30 a.m. :-) The over all male and female winners each get a plaque with a cow chip on it. I attached a picture because I think it's one of the things that makes this race fun. I did have to dodge quite a few cow chips running through the pasture.
