  • Comments: I like this race, the Delta x3 girls make it worth going to :) There were plenty of drinks / food (even mcdonalds) post race, which my dad enjoyed :P Overall a great race in Knoxville.

  • Comments: I've always liked the Trideltathon event area and of course the girls from Delta Delta Delta are a nice distraction. Good race!

  • Comments: Race Day Events was unorganized again. Several bikers were directed the wrong way on the course so they were disqualified. The Delta girls did a great post race job. I helped them make P&J sandwiches after the race.

  • Comments: I think the organizers did a nice job. There's a lot of overlap with the bike and run course, which can get confusing, but I think the volunteers did a good job keeping me straight. I had a great time, it was nice to get a t-shirt that was a color other than white, and the water bottle was pretty nice as well.

  • Comments: Race Day Events is so unorganized. They changed the swim placement 3 times. There was suppose to be no moving in the swim line. Day of race they announced move if you want to. Cut off was 300 racers..they let in 368. 8 bikes to a rack was jammed in. Awards were delayed about 2 hours. I was given 2nd place award when I was suppose to get 3rd place. The Delta Delta Delta girls were great!!! Raised a lot of money for East TN Children Hospital.

  • Comments: When I saw the results the next day I realized I had missed 3rd place overall by 4 seconds. It really made me wish that I had kicked a little harder right at the end. I guess that's a lesson learned. Still, this was a great result for me and gives me high hopes for the rest of the upcoming tri season.

  • Comments: Probably should have expected poor organization since put on by a bunch of sorority girls...I had one girl telling me i was half way on the run less than one mile into it...i told her she was wrong and she tried to argue with me...then my friend ran an extra minute because one of the girls told him to go the wrong way. Come on TRI Delts! They were cute though...i'll give them that.
