  • Comments: I don't have actual times for my segments as this was just a "fun" triathlon with only a timer at the end. I do know that I was running pretty good paces for my run splits. (8:21, 8:07, 8:06, 8:05) I also know that I was usually around 19 or 20 miles per hour on the bike. And my swim went without a hitch. I felt fast and didn't have any difficulties. My prediction was 1 hour and 13 minutes, but exceeded this with 1hr 4min. I'm very happy with my performance.
