  • Comments: Managed to knock 6m off from the previous year but still did not reach the podium, which is a little disappointing but I can't control when the faster guys show up and there is no way I am going under 1:10 to get a spot....well not until next year! It's all in the swim.

  • Comments: This race was probably the best race I have put together to date. Normally I have something I am salty about, but this time I am satisfied with my effort. There no thoughts of I should of done, or I should of pushed harder. One. Thing to note, this race coincided with day 200 of my running streak. I have ran at least 1 mile everyday since thanksgiving day. I can't help to think that all of the consistency is starting to pay off. p> the final point for this race! I checked previous years results and thought that I had an outside chance at a podium spot, everything would have to go perfect but an outside chance none the less. After seeing the results it shows even more how much I need to work on swimming. I came out of the water 3 minutes behind the guys that wound up in the top 3 spots. On the bike I held strong, gave up a minute to the 2nd place guy, held even with the eventual winner and made up over a minute on the 3rd place finisher. Then came the run, the AG winner was

  • Comments: Since I use this race as my measuring stick on how I am doing and progressing I figured I would post past race results, I am a little disappointed I didn't drop more time, even though the weather probably played a big part in this years results. I also noticed looking at the results that several of the AG leaders were several minutes slower from the previous year, maybe I did better than I thought?

  • Comments: Top notch race and production. They took the time to make things look great and outfit the event site professionally. I would recommend anyone do this race. It's super flat and fast.

  • Comments: This was a REALLY good race. HFP continues to have some timing issues, but I just wonder how representative this really is of triathlons as a whole.

  • Comments: I had a good time at this race. I wish there was some activities for my family to do at the races. The atmosphere was the best I have attended so far. Good race.
