Description: On Saturday, age 11 and up compete in the Super Sprint or Sprint Triathlon. The Super Sprint course equals 200 meter swim, 4 mile bike, 2 mile run. The Sprint course equals 500 yard swim, 17 miles bike, 3.1 mile run.
