• Description: The sprint distance triathlon features a 750 meter counter clockwise rectangle swim along the beach, while the duathletes are running an out & back 5k through the Lagoons and downtown Vermilion, followed by a single loop 20k bike course through a ravine crossing in Mill Hollow Park and finishing with an out & back 5k run through the Lagoons and downtown Vermilion, before returning for a grand finish in front of the "The Stand" in Linwood Park.
