• Description: The Swim (750 metres): The swim will be a loop in Silver Lake. Wet suits are encouraged. Bright bathing caps are mandatory. Waves are rare. Water temp. 18-21°C.
  
  The Bike 20 km: Mostly flat with some rolling hills. It is a
  North/South out-back. Prevailing winds come from the South in the Summer. Winds usually cooperate in at least one direction.
  
  The Run (5 km): The run course will be flat and fast. Mix of crushed gravel trail and pavement.
