• Description: The Trilogy Triathlon features two distances, Sprint and International. The Sprint begins with 1/4-mile ocean swim, then takes you on a 11.5-mile bike ride, and finishes with a 3 mile trail/road run. The International distance triathlon boasts a 1/2 mi ocean swim, 23-mile bike ride and a 6-miletrail run. We will also offer a Sprint Duathlon consisting of a 1 mile run, 11.5-mile bike, then another trail/road run for 3 miles. This race promises to be a challenging and unique experience.
