• Description: This is for solo and team events. This is a continuous and strenuous swim, bike and run endurance race. The swim (450 yd) is a snake swim in a 50-yard outdoor pool staggered at 15-second intervals. The bike course (11 miles) is an out-and-back route on paved county roads. The run (5K) is a loop through residential and Southwestern Oklahoma State University areas.
