• Description: You'll swim oceanside at pristine Duxbury Beach. You'll bike through the marshes entering and exiting the beach. We have added a couple of miles to make it a 11-mile fast and mostly flat bike course. The run is pure Fast Forward with a beach run on hard packed sand at low tide.
  
  This is a fun and exciting race for everyone from novices to elites. The race is well supported but retains a local friendly vibe. We welcome individuals and 2 or 3-person relay teams.
