• Description: The swim is up and down the 6 lanes of the pool for a total of 300 yards. It's a time trial start with swimmers sent off one at a time. Your swim start time is based upon the estimated time that you put down on your registration form. Please try to be as accurate as possible with your estimated swim time.
  
  The bike route meanders through Ludlow. It goes from Claudia's Way to Sportsman Road to Chapin Street to Center Street to Miller Street to Chapin Street to Sportsman Road to Claudia's Way and back to the Boys & Girls Club.
  
  The run course goes through a few neighborhoods. It goes from Claudia's Way to Sportsman Road to Chapin Street, Crossover Chapin Street to Center Street, to Stivens Terrace, to Mountain View to Parkview to Chapin back to Sportsman Road to Claudia's Way. Then it's under the giant FIRM arch at the finish line.
