This 3 mile run, 10 mile bike and 175 yard pool swim will be easy enough for beginners and novices while challenging enough for experienced athletes. Youth athletes (Ages 11-17) will enjoy the Youth Sprint Triathlon featuring a 1.5 mile Run, 5 mile Bike, and 75 yard Swim.
