• Description: The Soldier Half Marathon course is a 13.1 mile course that starts at the National Infantry Museum and finishes at the National Infantry Museum. The start line and finish line are on the Avenue of Flags along the East side of the National Infantry Museum. The first 7.5 miles of the course are on Ft. Benning. The remaining miles are on the RiverWalk begining at Oxbow Meadows and continuing along the golf course to the public road leading to the Water Works Treatment Facility. The course turns at the Water Works Treatment Facility and returns on the RiverWalk to the intersection of the public road at the golf course, then on the public road to South Lumpkin Road, then on South Lumpkin Road to the Infantry Museum.
