• Description: Your Run course will be flat but as detailed will be cross country style on large 8’ wide groomed walking/hiking/running paths through the beautiful fall foilage of the nature preserve.
  
  Your Bike course will also be flat with a slight, slow somewhat decieving upgrade on the Foley Beach Expressway. This will be one of our fastest bike coures on the entire schedule as you will be able to put your head down and hammer the entire out and back loop.
