  The course will be approximately 4 miles on trails 95% of the time. Your joints thank you now… at least for the run.
  
  Within those 4 miles, there will be 15 obstacles and M.O.R.E Things like mud holes, mud hills, ice baths, culvert crawls, grape stomps, cargo net climbs and crawls, tire runs, rope crawls, and a few M.O.R.E. surprises along the way. Most of these will be built by the same platoon of garden gnomes mentioned above, so rest assured they will be well thought out.
