  3K canoe paddle on the Hackensack River4-mile run to Laurel Hill Park in Secaucus
  
  Ends at the site of Meadowfest – a carnival-like, ecological festival and celebration of the Hackensack River happening the very same day.
  
  Located 6 miles from NYC, contestants from throughout the region can conveniently compete. Best of all, this extraordinary course is adaptable enough to suit athletes of all levels. Prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants, male & female, overall, and by varying age groups.
