Went to Lift, but found Shoulders, and Legs, and Abs to all be sore.
So packed it in after first 3 warm-up exercises. Will try again tomorrow if not sick- on Verge of a Cold and eating almost every 'Cold-Fighting Super Food' known- from Citrus to Dark Chocolate, to Garlic, to Oats, Red Pepper, Mushrooms, Dark Green Leafy's... you name it.
Daughter had Strep last week, Son had Coxsackie A (the worst 'basic-virus' I've seen a kid have- of course that's not life-threatening).
So Far, So Good... will try lifting tomorrow.

Heading home today! I need to swim tonight.
The young lifeguard took a bit of my taper madness, travel weary bad attitude tonight.  They wont put the lap lanes in until lap swimming starts at 5, because the lesson instructors want the full time then the swim team coaches and swim lesson instructors for the 6:00 session want to kick us out or make us move lanes at 5:50 so they can start right at 6.  Pissed me off as they stopped me in the closing laps of an 800 tt.

John texted me last night as I was leaving the gym.  Said he was going to call when he got back to his room from dinner.  I waited up.  BIG mistake.  At 11:30 he texted again saying he had just gotten back to his room.  Really?  I am going to bed, I waited up and now it is wayyyyy past my bedtime.
Might take the bike out for a little ride once the coffee wakes me up. ***Done, gorgeous day and nice ride.  Completely enjoyed it--with the exception of my keester in the saddle part.  Not loving my saddle.  And I suck at climbing, but that is cause of a lack of real bike riding for most of the year.  THAT will change next season!
Miss Thing called me yesterday.  She went to an open house to try and get transferred into the nursing program at Longwood.  The person leading the program was NOT in the least bit encouraging.  She was pretty upset.  I reminded her that we had talked about coming up with a Plan B all along[...]

So now I need to figure out specific training programs. Since I am just aiming on finishing, I don't need a really intense plan, just one that will get me to the distances needed within the time needed without hurting myself. The last condition is the most important one.
So, can everyone see all that data at the bottom?   I would like to think not, but ... oh well, it is what it is (for now :) ).
 
All I am doing today is walking to the Inn. We have one of our do-gooder meetings tonight and I have to go early to ensure that no feathers are ruffled. The leader of the group is a bossy one, even in her heart is usually in the right place.
