The doc office called me back yesterday and was NO help. I was so angry. Their suggestion was for me to go to the emergency room. Really?!?! I have insurance and this is an an emergency situation. Why would I go to the ER? I need some tests done to determine this issue. I am not going to pay an outrageous expensive ER visit fee when it is not need. Plus, why sit around for hours and hours. The pain has spread to the lower back area. I ended up going to Urgent Care and the the best doctor!!! He was thinking it was gallbladder. I had full blood work panel and an ultrasound. I was in urgent care for about 3 hours, but didn't need to wait to be seen. It just took a while for blood work and the ultrasound. Surprisingly, to the doc and to me, the results were all normal. Well, I guess it is good that I don't need gallbladder removal surgery, but the pain is still there. The ER doc gave me a referral to a GI doc. Suggested that it could be an ulcer. There isbtoo much to keep up with here with Jim out up for the count and driving Mom around. It is going to be both good and bad going away for a week next week.

More skin cancer removal today. I'm losing weight, 1 gram at a time.
No write up from the Sleezalorette, due to the fact that it couldn't have gotten any worse than pitting the southern a-hole against the most kindhearted father. Just as an aside, not all southerners are paddling the douche canoe. Some of us can have coherent thoughts and conversations. The man is one tiny, little, walking, talking stereotype. What a waste. Also, on the flip side of the show, if she sizes up another piece of man meat even I will get disgusted. I don't dispute anyone's right to enjoy that which they see, but the way this is being shown is a bit much.

No run last night, too busy unpacking. I found the air pump (in a completely unmarked box in the living room) and fully assembled my Sleep Number bed myself. I had to find a Youtube video, but I did it. Then the hunt was on for the internet router - found that. Then to unbox the TVs - the big TV seemed to be missing the screws that attach the TV to the stand, so I'm going to hope the Comcast guy has some screws (I had some that actually fit the holes but they were too long) in his truck, otherwise I'll have to go to Home Depot. Progress.

Pull Drill - Focus will be on learning to 'catch' the water with your forearm and pull yourself through the water. If you feel your lats (the muscles under your arm pits that go down the side of your back) engage, then you are starting to get it. If your shoulders are tired, then you are still using too much shoulder and not enough lats.

Semi rough night with Logan - he woke up around 1:45 am for a feed so that was fine. He then spit up most of what he took in right on the bed. Sooo, at 1:45  am i do not want to flip on all the lights to change the sheets so i just sleep at the other end of the bed so i can take care of it in the morning (my tired brain thinks this is okay) but Logan slept really lightly and was moving and grunting for another 2 hours. he didn't cry and actually wake up and i was kind of cold and not sleeping either. Ugh. Then he woke up at 5:30 for the next feed and not long after that Darren and Felicity woke up. I was not very happy - i like sleep and understand i won't have a full night for some time but Logan has been spoiling me with a quick wake up and right back to sleep for the last few weeks. Anyway, the trials of family- mostly for them not to get on my grumpy side ... ha!
