Run felt good. Nice temperature and good pace. Negative splits with one exception on the big hill coming back.

This upcoming week I will be on a trip Tues-Fri and then a retreat on the weekend. Need to find a way to minimize the workouts I will miss.

Please send all your love and prayers for Smoky. He was OK when I got home in the afternoon (Hobbit Maid said he'd been eating well and very bouncy as usual this week ... she's golden, usually my pets are in better shape when I return than when I left). Then declined rapidly with diarrhea fever and lethargy and only wanted to sleep (pic 2 was at the vet's just a few hours later in the evening).
He has panleukopenia which has a very grim prognosis. He's on supportive care in the hospital.
I feel like the world's worst cat mom though there isn't much I could have done differently. I don't think I could have left Nicky dying on his trash heap (probably how Smoky got the panleuko) and in terms of keeping them separate, sterilizing in between, cleaning areas, sterilizing the whole house and everything in it when Nicky died, honestly, the work Hobbit Maid and I put in was nothing short of heroic. So. Much. Bleach solution. and Love.

Stats taken after trainer session and before dinner, %water 68.6, muscle 38.2, bone 4.0.
Today was Stage 8 of the Tour of Sufferlandria 2015. And what a stage! This combined what are essentially 3 sprinting training sessions. The first, Revolver has 16 intervals at 100% FTP and is relatively short. I actually did it not too long ago. The the main course - Violator. O-M-Gosh --- 64 sprints!! Now the first set had plenty of rest in between but efforts were 130 - 150% of FTP!! The next two sets had less sprints but less recovery time too and in the last one I wasn't sure if I was sprinting or recovering, there was so little time in between! Whew! But, that wasn't all. To add insult to injury, dessert was "Half is Easy". Two 10 minute sets of 20 :15 intervals at 110% FTP with 4 min rest in between. WHEW! The sweat was DRIPPIN' let me tell ya! But, I survived. B: frittata w/leeks & bacon, 2 cuties, coffee, bnut soup
L: larabar post-bike
S: we went to a juice bar pre-dinner to celebrate and had a kale/romaine/parsley/apple/celery and almond/date/vanilla juices and also a shot of tumeric juice.
D: shredded chicken w/green salsa and romaine
 
Woke up with a headache, but went away once I started eating. 

Bosu.
Finished it up with a plank - held for 3:02. I really feel the need to include those extra two seconds because I fought for those.
