Cut pain meds in half. Pain still managed but still dizzy and headaches. Reading and screen time very limited.

Emma is at her regular vet for evaluation and testing (barium, etc.). Keeping water down but uninterested in food.

Ugh, I have horrendous cramps today (TMI? Sorry!). It's grey and rainy-ish, so I'm holing up in the studio getting some work done. Will hit the gym before I pick up the kids from school. Put in a good week on the bike last week - would like to make sure I'm keeping up with 6 workouts per week.

Back at work. 
Felicity is walking! I wanted her to show it to her daycare friends but instead she stuck to my legs and didn't want me to go.  Poor bunny.  I am sure she's having a wonderful day! 
The trip was pretty good but with all the driving it wasn't that relaxing. Our cottage was beautiful - really liked that and it was nice to spend some time on the ocean and seeing Lunenburg and Mahone Bay as tourists. 
Didn't quite keep up my peach and the weekend run really didn't happen so i am going to run home today and swim.  Oof, this might take a bite out of me!

Still intermittently plagued with ankle & achilles pain, so I've taped my achilles and am going to avoid all walking/running for a week - then slowly start back again... Also gonna buy a bike training plan from thesufferfest.com - Planning on doing cxtri.com again next year and I to do that I need to:

-swim more outside - earlier in the year - going to do 2 tech/maintenance sessions over winter then introduce OWS as early as poss and build the time/distance as I work thru the swimsmooth.co.uk IM plan.

-start by getting my bike repaired! set up the shimano wheels on to the Boardman bike, then the others on to my old Raleigh. The rear from the other will have the turbo tyre on it over winter - some proper testing then get into the sufferfest plan, for a 10wk bike focus... I'll probably just copy the plan again as lead up to cxtri in the summer, but with a weekly LONG ride in the last 8-10 weeks.

And as quickly as I was on a Ragnar team, I am out. Turns out they already have 12+ people, so I may end up being a late fill in if needed. Now to find some other things to fill the calendar out with. Nothing on the schedule is not a good place to be, especially since I have been in such a funk lately. Need to find something.
Looking for MTB bike parts for the Alien this week. I have a few stops in town as well as a place in Pt Charlotte. Should be interesting, since I am scouring the bargain bins. Front Fork Front and Rear derailleurs Wheels Crankset Cassette Bright Green spray paint

11:11am:  Monday!  Dogs are at daycare, so I'll have a quiet house this afternoon to get a workout in.  That's the plan, at least.  I'm feeling MUCH better, thankfully.  The cold was short-lived (fingers crossed!).
Good weekend... nice and restful.  Spent a fair amount of time either walking the dogs or reading.  This probably was the best weekend that we'll get before next spring...
