PT tonight. At 5pm for no reason whatsoever, my left arch began aching. Seriously?
It's for real pain, too, not "ghost" pain. She worked on it, pretty hard, said there was a pretty big knot in there and that it's PF related. Ugh. SUCH poor timing. 
OTHERWISE, I'm feeling pretty good. :-P

I got a run in early this morning. It looks like the summer is going to be hot again, with little respite. Already running in 70*/99% conditions on a near daily basis. Yuck. It should warm up to the 90's for my ride home on the fixie this evening. Fixed gear intervals on the way home. Yippie!!!
Interesting read from dcrainmaker, now things are starting to get into the realm where I'd think about them. Probably another year or so though:
