Got behind in my food logging. I can't recall what I have eaten the past few days, but it was all compliant. I'm not sure how I'm feeling right now. I don't feel "over it" - I'm not counting down the days until we're done, but at the same time I have less enthusiasm for planning out meals, recording them.
B: 2 eggs, sweet potato, 1/2 grapefruit
L: 1/2 chicken breast, romaine, cauliflower
S: 1/2  banana
D: 2 eggs, sweet potato, 3 pieces bacon, a couple of dates.

BTW, I just wanted to note that I missed getting into Ironman Maryland :( I happened to see on Facebook that there were only 25 slots left and decided to go for it even though it was too early and I could lose a good bit of money if by some chance I won the Kona Lottery. But, the post was over 3 hours old and all 25 slots were scooped up. Oh well. Perhaps good Karma of what might come in March? There's still IMLO plus a few others in August that are still open and hopefully will be by the time the lottery results are announced.

And on a similar note, it looks like I'm going to get shut out of IMLO too as there are only 100 slots left. Well, see what's available come March 17th and decide from there. A backup plan is to not do a IM event this year and sign up for IM Texas 2016. That way I only spend perhaps $100 to enter the Kona Lottery and if I win, I won't lose the IMTX registration money and it's far enough away from Kona too.

FBing with my sister until 11 last night then woke up at 4:30 this morning. At 5:00 I was still awake so I said forget it and went to the grocery store. I am so tired I am numb right now.
Last OS pill today. Foot does feel really good. Doesn't feel like I'm walking around on a knot anymore. Fingers crossed. Now how do I proceed?
Really sweet day of school. DD is all geared up for Valentines day so I got out my box of stuff and let her decorate. Then she was all full of hugs and kisses. She made a giant LOVE sign and taped sight words of things she loves all over the sign - brother, mother, father, friend etc.
 

P90x3 CVX the cardio with light weight one.
Followed that up with their yoga.

My balance is terrible. Is anyone else like this? I mean I can barely do the tree pose without falling over. Am I alone in this?

Holding my breath that this stuff doesn't irritate my foot.

Another early morning ride on the trainer. This is my fate for the next few weeks due to schedule/travel. Ride was okay - I had a hard time maintaining the goal cadence. I went with an easier gear and it was still hard. I think I'm just weak. I did focus more on spinning during my endurance portion, and that went well.

Swim was very solid. I can tell that my form is improving as my training splits are getting faster. Good end to the in-office portion of the work day. Had a nice drive to Austin with a colleague. Now getting ready for two days of seminar. The things we do for a living . . .
