I was craving sleep.  Since today is a rest day from PiYo  I only have to do one workout.  Cardio Fix Extreme.  The extra sleep was wonderful.
The Fix Challenge is an alternative to Cardio Fix Extreme.  I had never tried it before.  4 reps each exercise sounds easy enough--until each round is built on the last.  Surrender--inchworm, plank up down, side plank, plank knee to elbow, plank leg raise, push up, burpee, jump lunge, in& out squat jump, curtsy lunges, skaters....Death might be easier.

Cold snowy day. Wish enough snow would land to make things fatbikeable, but not looking like that will materialize. 
Painting and updating my website right now, will hit the gym for core and weights before I get the kids. Nate has been out of town and gets back tonight, that should make life a little bit easier. Doing the kid activity shuffle when he's out of town is always a little crazy!

feeling better today but taking one more day. If I can get through the work day it would be good. Yesterday I left at 1. Went home and slept until Chris got home after Matthew's hockey game about 7 and I was awake until 9. Most I have been awake since Wednesday morning.

Going to try to run every day in December. Even if it is only 1 mile it counts. Need to run 40 miles this month to hit my goal of 1200 miles. I needed a bit of a break from running after Twin Cities but it is time to get back into the swing of things. Plus it is always good to exercise through the holiday months!

A quiet day in the office, i hope! We had three days out for events - division day, branch day and then a conference on Service Design. I enjoyed them all however, it is a lot of being 'on' with no personal time in the day - i am decently extroverted but I do need my time to regroup and organize and do my own thing.

Oof! Definitely feeling the recent squats & lunges on the inner thighs. Thought a run would loosen them up but I only made it to the end of the street. Every step was a painful one.
