The exhaustion of commuting and my cramped up quads kept me home this morning.  Plus knowing the training plan calls for 12 miles and I would have had another 6 miles when I got home AND it's in the 20's out there didn't help.  Tried to get up, but could not.
I have definitely lost my edge on all this....just not excited about it at all. Time to do something new.  Get me through June, please.

Why is my graph only showing the current week volume and not the current week plus the past few weeks? Did something change on BT?

My heart rate sweet spot seems to be just under 120 on the treadmill. I'm still playing around with the bike, but it feels like I can go much harder and keep my heart rate under control.

What happened to our graphs? I used to see several weeks and be able to compare my training week to week at a glance. Now I only see this week. What gives?
Developed a head ache in the middle of the night and more stomach discomfort. Not feeling very good so far this morning. Kind of feel like I could lay back down and fall asleep. Not sure what the deal is.

Nate's tied up the next couple days with his conference, so I'm hanging with the kids. Pretty much chilling at the pool, and heading out for meals since the hotel restaurants are stupid expensive (I just paid $9 for a cup of plain coffee in the Cafe!). I'll try to sneak away for a quick bike ride today or tomorrow. Wish I had my foam roller - legs are still tight from my epic ride on Tuesday!

After 2 days of on and off rain showers, DH has looked at the yard and admitted we need to hire a professional. He is tired of trying to mess with it and now the kids swingset area is flooded. He wants to wait until the fence is put in since there will be lots of dirt to move around again from digging the post holes.
In other news, someone posted on our local cycling group that there will be a local bicycle race memorial weekend. Interesting. 25 miles but I don't know any other details. The HIM is June 7th if I get myself in gear to race and the weather is decent.
My foot is feeling really really good. No pain at all walking around. I can get out of bed barefoot with no pain. I can walk around all day with no pain. I can feel the irritated spot when I stretch really deep. I'm not sure where to go from here. It is such a relief to not have pain  every day I think I may just try to enjoy that for a while! Press and Pullup ladders 1/2/3 x2 so 12 total pull-ups
Swings: tried the 36kg bell super heavy but a lot easier than last time. Sets of 5. Seemed like many many swings.
Shoulder is pretty trashed from Wed. Today didn't help. Oh well. Rode my new bike to and from the class. Super fun!
