20s, In a hurry.

Mostly 15s for Chest- Incline Bench w/Just Bar 20, then Flys with Squeeze 15 at 70lbs, then Incline Machine 15 at 50lbs, then Assisted Dips at 85lbs- 11 Reps, Split Second Rest, then pushed to 14. Guy on Sitting Chest Press, so did "Interim" then 15 Sitting Chest at 50lbs? Will Check and Update.

Did Finish Up, did not do any of "Extra".

During warm up, guy on Leg Press sat, and rested, and texted, and sat, and sat, while I did 5 sets of 20, and was in middle of Leg Extensions when he got off the Machine and walked completely away. I jumped out of middle of 20rep set after 10 reps and ran and got on, and the guy actually came back and said he wasn't done. I said yeah you are, for one set- and sleep somewhere else. Of course only reason he was concerned was because he thought I'd be like he was and monopolize that machine while resting, for 15mins. I made the executive decision to blow off my long run today. I'm really tired and I think I'm going to be better off taking the rest. I have swim clinic this afternoon. That's going to be it for the day!

This day did not go at all as I planned. I had in my mind that I was going to run to the store, prep meals and bake all day, get in a swim. NOT. 
Went to get groceries first thing this morning, got home and DH said his parents called and wanted to go out to lunch. Managed to make some granola bars then we had to go right back to town. Kids wanted to pick out Valentines so we got that done before we met the inlaws for lunch. That took from 10:00 and didn't get home until 1:30. Decided to try a decongestant instead of my regular allergy meds today so took that when we got home and then promptly fell asleep on the couch. Sheesh, DH thinks I am sick with the dizzy spells and sinus headaches all the time and wants me to go back to the doctor. I had dizzy spells all evening last night again. It's only when I'm laying down and I know it is this sinus stuff. I really think it must be the dog in the house but there is not much I can do about that issue.

Spent the morning attempting to plan spring break in Arizona (holy crud - hotels have gotten expensive this year, twice as much as we normally pay down there!!). About to go for a quick fatty ride before the kids get home from Grandma's, then heading down to watch the Super Bowl at my mom's house.

Good paces till the first trip over the bridge.  Then I lost about 30 seconds per mile that I couldn't seem to force back.  The wind was pretty stiff into our face on the way back plus the rain.  But I don't think that was entirely the problem. 
Overall 15 minutes better than the half in September so the work is paying off.
