7:31am:  I got home last night, turned on the TV and at that moment the first pitch of the game was being thrown.  Good timing!  Not everything went smoothly, but I got it done and all is (still) good this morning.  Too bad for the Royals, though -- I really was rooting for them.  Not that I managed to stay up for the entire game, of course.
Vet appointment for Clarke this afternoon -- vaccination and just a quick checkup with the doc to make sure his ACL and other leg maladies are healing okay.  He certainly doesn't seem bothered by it, but I'll feel better making sure.
And a workout in there somewhere.  Supposed to head to my brother's house for dinner, but I might bail on that.

Opted not to do strength this morning since I did some hard work brush mowing yesterday and I hope to get out there again this afternoon. Doing both in the same day is just too much. My lower abs are making themselves known this morning, which is a welcome feeling. Unfortunately, my lower back is also making itself heard. I took some ibuprofen this morning, hopefully, it will kick in and I'll be good to go. I have a busy day on tap. Going to give the motorhome a good cleaning before winterizing it. We got our first frost today and expecting a hard freeze this weekend. This afternoon, I plan to mow up some leaves and go back out with the brush mower. I had a blast with it yesterday. We just had it serviced and its amazing how much difference using a sharp blade makes!

Dr. M today.  Is it weird that I'm actually hoping he tells me that I'm going to need some kind of procedure?  Physical therapy hasn't worked (each of the 2 rounds I went through).  Chiropractor hasn't worked (none of the three of them).  I've gotten an ESI.  I've done spinal decompression therapy, laser therapy, electrical stimulation.  I've tried ice, heat, biofreeze, epsom salts, foam roller.  So frustrating.

Needed to take a day off to regerate myself. I'm getting better at recognizing when I need to back off rather than continually going full speed ahead. Core on the agenda this morning, then I'm meeting a friend for lunch and cleaning the motorhome to get it ready to put away for the winter.

It made it so much clearer on how I should posiiton myself during exercises. I've heard of this before, but for some reason, the way this guy explained and demonstrated it clicked with me.
