Heel is nearly better, pain at the needle insertion point is nearly gone. Running test tomorrow morning at the park. Fingers crossed. And the tri bike should be out this afternoon in the 110* feel like temps. woohoo.
I need to buy new work shoes so that the inserts will work properly. Yada, yada, more money. At this point if it helps, I'll pay it. Heck, if it MIGHT work, I'll pay it.
Scale day this morning after a couple of days trying to fix a couple of weeks. And we have victory! Back on it and I may be in a pretty good place. One more pound to the short term goal.
Kayak with TW on Saturday morning is on the schedule. Which means that Friday I'll possibly be swimming . And doing house work, and running errands (see shoe shopping above), etc. You know, normal things to do on a vacation day

Legs are pretty sore from last night's Zwift ride. Some yoga seems to be in order.
We will have Steve's grandkids this afternoon and then tomorrow. Their parents are on a trip with the son-in-law's parents, so their kids are being juggled back and forth between our house and Steve's ex's house for the next couple of days.

7:48am: Back at the office, back to the routine.
My boss brought donuts to celebrate my exam victory. You know what? He gets what it takes to be a great manager.
I think Belle might be doing better? I put a question mark after that because I'm not sure if I'm seeing what I want to see or seeing what is actually there. She's still a little wobbly, but seems more like her old self. Perhaps she's just adjusting to having the world spin?
Nothing much after work. A walk, for sure (my streak of at least a mile a day is up to 62 days!). And early to bed. Haven't gotten a lot of sleep the past few nights and am really feeling it this morning (though I'm currently riding a sugar high, just waiting for the inevitable crash).

Rest day from ChaLEAN extreme.  Wasn't feeling like the elliptical today so I pushed play on CDJ which turned out to be MMA shred 2.0.  I love me some Core de Force workouts.  
Sigh....doing the orientation work for school--needed to get word documents downloaded to my computer and then had trouble accessing the correct links to do the tutorials (I was trying to use them from a pdf and that was not working). This is gonna be a LOT of work!

Feeling overwhelmed with the new job. So much to learn and i am now diving into the real work. I know it will get better. I know how to to the job, it is just learning how to do it for Sanofi and learning all of their systems.

I am sore from the strength workout yesterday. Not terribly but enough that I notice. Legs are on the schedule for today.
My friends DIL is coming over to go through toys and books my kids don't play with anymore and see if she wants anything for her little boy. That means I have to drag all of this crap out the attic and basement. I think the kids want to go to the park later.
I am having a bit of a bladder frequency issue - feeling like I need to go all the time. No pain or anything else, just feeling like I need to go. .Kind of uncomfortable and annoying - trying natural remedies since there are no other symptoms. If it gets worse I'll call the clinic. 
It did get worse, I called the clinic, took a sample and yep I'm on an antibiotic. 
 

Leg day, lots of squats with weights. These workouts are not the HIITS stuff I have been doing. It's slow counts for longer time under tension and 3 rounds of each exercise.
