Stats taken after workout and before dinner, %water 70.5, muscle 39.4, bone 4.1. Well the plan called for a Z2 ride with an insertion of 30 min Z4. But, that's rather boring ;) So, I opted to do the Sufferfest video "Local Hero" that I've done previously. This has a bit of everything: time trial intervals, short racing intervals, and sprint intervals. Really gets the HR up I'll tell ya! Plus good video and music. Pretty much averaged Z2 and while I didn't do continuous Z4, I got into it enough.

Tomorrow morning (early), I'm having a photo shoot of me in tri gear by a budding triathlete who's a fairly professional photographer. He's doing a project on endurance athletes and when I saw his work, asked if I could be a part of it. Not sure if he will charge me anything but perhaps I can bring him something back from IMLO in trade since he's since up for IMLP 2015. He was there volunteering and is just so psyched to do this. No run day....I got to sleep in past 5 AM.  Going to do a Grokker workout at lunch and a swim tonight after work.
My work day is going from bad to worse.....all kinds of crazy.  rehab requests for people 2 weeks post op that went home.....nope  not over  rehab request when no acute care case.....spine surgery....retro cases 3 weeks worth of review......retro cases w/ multiple reviews (3 patients) ....I am gonna KILL someone. And tolk about RUDE??????  Don't call me and the FIRST words out of your mouth are "I have been on hold 2 hours"  NO ONE is in the queue that long you bold faced lying !
I think stepping back and focusing on overall position/ rotation is helping my swim.

After work, I went for a ride. Perfect temperature in the low 80s, but it was very windy. Pace felt pretty good, although I was probably a bit too aggressive. My back got a little sore, and I suspect it's because I did not keep good posture through the entire ride.
