Happy Halloween.  Have a spooktacular Friday!!
The powers that be in my work place decided that there would be a big phone upgrade last night.  So we all had to leave our phones unplugged for some new push to the routers.  I have the feeling that today will suck monkey balls as no one will be able to get the darn thing to work.

I've been super tired the last few days, plus working so just couldn't fit the exercise in. I've still been eating well though. Its been 12 weeks since I had this much time without exercise!! Back into it over the weekend - I have a swim and a bike ride to train for!! :-)

Didn't run, obviously, got to school to set up laptop connected to projector for my lesson today and the damned thing would NOT work.  Had to scramble to figure out something to do 5 minutes before the first class arrived.  So I started the day pissed off, not good!  I had hoped to come home and run or bike, didn't happen.

Opted not to do strength this morning since I did some hard work brush mowing yesterday and I hope to get out there again this afternoon. Doing both in the same day is just too much. My lower abs are making themselves known this morning, which is a welcome feeling. Unfortunately, my lower back is also making itself heard. I took some ibuprofen this morning, hopefully, it will kick in and I'll be good to go. I have a busy day on tap. Going to give the motorhome a good cleaning before winterizing it. We got our first frost today and expecting a hard freeze this weekend. This afternoon, I plan to mow up some leaves and go back out with the brush mower. I had a blast with it yesterday. We just had it serviced and its amazing how much difference using a sharp blade makes!

Started the day with the annual mammogram which was way overdue.....Have an hour on the bike to do later.  And a haircut.
Got my bib number for the 8K ......Wave 1.   Bib 24522.
By the time I got back from my hair cut and made dinner....cleaned the kitchen it was close to 8PM....not getting on the bike that late, would be up all night to pee from the water I would drink.  Decided to do a video from Grokker that challenged me a good bit.

Deck of cards: Diamonds-spiderman pushups, Clubs-TRX row, Hearts-power jacks, Spades-squat with upright row using 20 lb KB total 95 reps of each exercise-yikes I should have shuffled better...20 spidy pushups at the end

YAY!!!  It's Friday EVE!!!  Which means that tomorrow is Friday, and it also means that I'm only working a half day (more YAY!) to head to Dallas to spend the weekend with some awesome friends.  YAY!  
Working out did NOT happen yesterday, so I'll have to either do a 45min run today, or a 30min spin-o-rama on the bike and an upper body workout...  I'll probably run because I really don't like running, but I really NEED to run because it's by far my weakest.  Stoopid running!
