I went for a massage yesterday and he worked me over pretty good. Legs are stiff and heavy today, so I may have to reconsider a few things.
Out of here tomorrow morning to drive Dad to TN for the funeral. I am looking forward to figuring a few things out about his mental and physical health in a 1 on 1 setting. I am not looking forward to driving for 14 hours with a man who may be incontenant. Pros and cons to all things. If you are the praying type of person, I'd sure appreciate it if you can put in a good word for me and my dad on this trip.
RR from the weekend should be done today. Next run/swim/bike won't be until next week, unless something wild happens and I get to the workout facility in the hotel. I'll see.

We went to a SuperBowl party last night. I didn't feel like I overate but sure am feeling it today. I also drank water instead of alcohol but still feel kind of hung over -- maybe from all the sugar and whatever else I consumed.

This week is our annual trip to Akumal, Mexico --- we will drive to St. Louis Wednesday night, fly out Thursday morning and be back Sunday late afternoon. And the timing could not be better -- our pleasant mild winter weather is forecast to change to more typical Illinois conditions this week.
