Small-group circuit. A new 12-week session started today. I like the two other ladies in the group, but I am getting a little tired of this format. I'll do these 12 weeks and then re-evaluate if I can afford a one-on-one trainer or start meeting with a friend or something. I am so sick of wall balls and box jumps and the rowing machine. I want to deadlift and bench press and work on form and focus on building muscle! This circuit is helping with general fitness and I feel stronger cardio-wise, but I don't feel any new muscles. It's good for accountability for now.
