I know I have 5 more days of abs (plus 2 rest days) left of my challenge, but so far I have not missed one single session and am over-the-top proud of myself.  Now I'm looking ahead to next month and want to do another challenge of some kind.. thinking about 30 runs [or walks] in 30 days.  I know people typically do a holiday streak from Thanksgiving to New Years, but I want to start getting my running in shape now!  I'll do something else for the holidays..maybe some kind of bike challenge.
Back is feeling a smidge better today, thank goodness.  I've got a 4-mile run on the schedule for this weekend, and not entirely sure yet how I'm going to tackle that.  I guess I'll play it by ear....
