So I am officially morbidly obese now. That came on the same day that I was told that I should probably be on blood pressure medicine, followed by splitting my only pair of shorts in front of my in-laws.

Put on my cycling clothes the other day and I felt like a stuffed  sausage. Tried to find something to wear for family pics and every skirt or pair of pants I put on was uncomfortably tight. Lately every month with my cycle I feel terribly bloated but it does not go away. I feel like I gain extra weight every month. So I decided yesterday I would try to clean up my eating and get on the scale (I rarely weigh myself). Then I made chocolate chip cookies - brilliant :).
Developed a headache yesterday afternoon, still lingering a little this morning.
Went over to Tiff's MIL's house today to pick green beans. She said she had 2 rows that needed to be picked and they have all they need. Picked for 2.5 hours thankfully my MIL will can all these for me. Maybe I better learn how to do that myself sometime.
The pool project continues. It is nothing but a giant mess right now! Today they brought another load of water, back filled some more and did some stuff with pipes.

9:03am:  I had my semi-annual review yesterday; they still love me.  And I asked for and received the okay for two things -- the ability to wear headphones while in the office even if it means that I won't hear my boss talking at me from his cubicle and I'm allowed to work from home 1 or 2 days a month (on a VERY informal, on a down-low basis since this is in NO WAY endorsed by management of the company).
Today, according to PN, is an Active Recovery day... nicely timed, since I'm inexplicably sore from my workout yesterday.  I'll head out for a walk tonight after I get home from work.

Thirty minute run today.......and a little biking at lunch.
Very warm out, legs cranky.  Yoga planned to work this mess out.
I was watering plants and some relative of a bee (immune to the spray we have been spraying up the trim on the side of he house where he wants to live  and much bigger than a normal bee) stung me in my flank.  Man that b@stard hurt me!!  I made John go finish the flowers then go get a different spray.

Mostly just a few notes to myself:

- Getting hopefully a better bike fit on Friday after work (taking off a bit early) which I didn't note in yesterday's log.

- Can't drink Diet Coke (or have caffeine for that matter) during the evening. Went to dinner last evening after the swim with friends Jenn and Mike S. Not sure if it was the different food but probably was the few Diet Cokes I drank that kept me up last evening though I was tired. Paying for that today and hopefully I'm okay to exercise later. If not, I will take a down or lighter day and just ensure I get to bed to sleep.

Stats taken after run and before dinner, %water 70.6, muscle 39.4, bone 4.1. It started to storm shortly after I got home and it was starting to get late. So, decided to just get the run done on the treadmill at the gym. Hopefully we are back to our pattern of sunny days with afternoon thunderstorms. It sure was good to see the sun rise today and blue sky. The BOOM! Came the thunderstorm. A tree VERY close by got zapped. It made both my dog and I jump.

Doc appointment yesterday - guess it went okay. I was there for 2 hours. The doc wanted to consult with a specialist to make sure it was a migraine and nothing more. I got a call this morning that they want me to come back to the office today for some testing and then have lab work later this week. They are working on getting an MRI approved by my insurance. I think this is way too much for what most likely is a migraine. I know they need to rule out other possibilities.
