Come 9pm the thought of getting on the treadmill really put me off. No mental toughness to run in place for an extended period of time. Mising my long outdoor run this weekend did not help at all. I need that escape from my basement.

Spot on my heel is definitely sore. When I massage it, the pain goes away. It's not as bad as it was, but it's there.
ARGH!
I'm in denial. Went out and bought some screws to put in my shoes to make them more running-in-a-blizzard friendly!

Quick snowy trip to the gym. I wanted to swim, but they closed the pool early, because of the weather. So I just did some upper body weights, jump squats, lunges, abs and stretching/rolling.

Couple of pics from the basement gym. The paint color is way darker than I anticipated, but it looks okay. Still need to get the bike and trainer down there, as well as my free weights, yoga stuff, foam roller/stick, resistance bands, etc.
