I don't know what's wrong with me, I have no pep, can't get out of bed in the morning and just want to veg when I get home.  I went to bed on time last night since I was falling asleep on the couch by 8:30, but still couldn't drag myself out of bed for a run, and the weather is perfect for it.  Not looking forward to school today, they are coming in costumes and the excitement is at an all time high.  My teaching partner as well as one of the PE teachers are taking off today, there will probably be a shortage of subs, so I may have double classes which gives me up to 70 kids in  my room.  Totally a blow off day, I'm showing a movie.  I AM looking forward to going Trick or Treating in our neighborhood with my daughter and grandsons!  Kane is going to be a vampire and LJ is going to be a Minion!  I'm sure they will be adorable!  I am determined to get in a long run tomorrow since I can run anytime, the high is only going to be 62, whoo hoo! I've been super tired the last few days, plus working so just couldn't fit the exercise in. I've still been eating well though. Its been 12 weeks since I had this much time without exercise!! Back into it over the weekend - I have a swim and a bike ride to train for!! :-)

Not feeling very good today. Woke up with a congested headache and stomach trouble. Not sure I could make it through this swim workout or not. I made it but my fasts were NOT. Ha.
You all are right I know. I will have DH take the kids to PSR and stay out of it :). I hate hearing that the 1st grade teachers are overwhelmed  because that is DD's class!!
Spent the evening making treats for the kids. They have both decided to trade all their Halloween candy in for a cool new toy. So I told them to tell me what they want and I will make something they can eat without all the artificial nasties. DS chose home made ice cream - so easy. I made vanilla and peppermint. My candy girl asked for candy of course. She really wants a lollipop. Here is what I made. I had to improvise a lot! Most recipes call for corn syrup which I didn't have but I finally found a recipe for some made with honey. I didn't have molds but read an blog on how to make a mold with powder sugar.
