BTW, I just wanted to note that I missed getting into Ironman Maryland :( I happened to see on Facebook that there were only 25 slots left and decided to go for it even though it was too early and I could lose a good bit of money if by some chance I won the Kona Lottery. But, the post was over 3 hours old and all 25 slots were scooped up. Oh well. Perhaps good Karma of what might come in March? There's still IMLO plus a few others in August that are still open and hopefully will be by the time the lottery results are announced.

Stats taken after trainer session and before dinner, %water 68.2, muscle 37.7, bone 3.9. Geez! Got "Hammered" all right! I should probably get the video that goes with this one too. Didn't know it was a climbing course....said Speed workout for VO2 Max and Thresholds but this was about climbing it seemed to me! This has 9 3-5 minute periods of 100-120% FTP intervals and I just couldn't keep up with the workout! Legs are tired from the last 2 days and the hills just crushed me. I still gave it my best.

Tomorrow, debating about doing "Angels" but I probably will since I have the video for that and it will keep me entertained while I'm suffering.

Will ascertain whether I will do rest of tour or perhaps go back to running. Need to put a good final effort for the bike portion of the NCC too.

Tailbone not doing well. I think it was the deadlift low row squeeze things we did yesterday. Fx tailbone does not wish to be squeezed. That is all.
