So far today:

Mishka kitty went to the vet for a check up and shots.

I rode my bike down around Ettrick and Matoaca, came back through Matoaca Rd.  Had a hard time catching a break with the traffic to cross over Hickory.  Got chased by a black lab on my way up Branders Bridge.  It's just a windy road and I was afraid with the way he was darting around my tires that one of us would be hit.  Thankfully, he went home and I obviously got home unscathed as well.

I made 5 pounds of meatballs and a huge batch of chicken taco meat.  Froze most of each of them.

I have cleaned the kitchen, powder room, living room and my room....vacuumed the chairs in the dining room where the cats sleep a lot and vacuumed the upstairs.  

Still have 35 minutes of Chisel Endurance to do.

No walk but hardly a rest day! Lots of unpacking, organizing, and errands. Not much left to do now until the rest of our stuff arrives Tuesday - impressed at the amount we've been able to accomplish in just a few days!

Headaches the past few days, though meds have been magical so it hasn't been too bad. 
This morning I'm taking my Mom to the Dinner Club so we can put meals together! I'm excited to have a full freezer again. And I have to say, I absolutely love this service. It isn't cheap, but it's about the only way that I cook real meals these days.
After that, something sweaty, though I suspect I'll keep it to the basement rather than heading out. And after that? I have reading to catch up on.

Days of doing nothing. My mind is fried, I feel so behind everything. Not sure if I am supposed to be up to speed by now? Feels like I should but I am definitely not. Maybe tomorrow I will workout. Maybe.

Run in Tucson for Sabino Canyon to Seven Falls
Got up and to the park early. It was 83 degrees and 7am and got up to 98 by the time I was done! The first part of the run was on a gravel. Then, it moved to desert trail and was pretty tough at parts. There was a lot of water crossing--which were all dry. I did talk to a couple of runners along the way.

At the seven falls, the falls were dry--but the view was great of the entire canyon we were in. I ran back and then took a mis-turn. I ended back at Bear Canyon parking lot and got an uber to my car.

My neck felt pretty good today.

thank goodness no tummy issues today. Ate toast with almond butter and a small cup of coffee for breakfast. Nice and boring!

Ride went pretty well. We had to wait a bit for Johnny, and it really got warm at the end of the day. Went over to Kensington for the evil climbing loop that I have a love/hate thing for and did 4 loops I think. Then we had to head back for more fluid. I think my Fridays will be out there from now on. I need those hills!

Saw Kori running, lots of peeps biking and sadly, an ambulance take a rider away (on the path...heat maybe?) and a firetruck at a car wreck. That was on the last loop and I was so glad to be heading home. That park was stupid busy today with the heat! I get it, but too many distracted drivers!
