220. Now to not lose too much of that this weekend. Trail work will help on Saturday. Party for DD1 Sunday will not be as kind to the waistline. Just keep after it and move in the right direction. If all goes well, I can get in one run this weekend as well.
The hitch for the van arrived last night. I checked everything out and the install shouldn't take too long. Hopefully I can get it done this evening, and check another thing off the list.

We had tons of lasagna left over last night. People did not go for the turkey. Last time I made it, they ate it and loved it, but this time since we had choices of sausage or turkey, they opted for the less healthy version. We took it to the local firehouse for the firefighters to enjoy. I was surprised that lots of people tried the zucchini version, which was delicious!

Need to get some office work done around here over the next few days. It sure is getting ahead of us. Hopefully, things will be peaceful with mothers and we can focus on getting some stuff out the door.

Had a really bad night with hip and back pain but once I was up and moving, I was fine.

I did the soccer mom carpool thing this morning - dropped Sadie off at doggy daycare next to my house, and then took Mosley to his training camp in Chantilly.  The trainer had wanted to chat with me but was working with an aggressive dog when I arrived, so I will chat with him this afternoon.  He wants to let me know the progress and make sure things are getting addressed, but said Mosley is doing really great.  He's got a dog walker tomorrow afternoon and I'm crossing my fingers.  I sent the dog walker a huge message about things he can try that the trainer suggested. 
I'm kind of looking forward to the trail race tomorrow even though it will probably be a muddy mess.  At least the temps will be warmer - about 60.  Joann invited us over to her place to shower and hang out afterward and she's doing keto diet, so I'm trying to find some good snacks to take - maybe low carb spinach dip with veggies?

So happy it's Friday. Meeting up with some of my tri/bike girlfriends tonight at a new (well, new for us) restaurant. We're celebrating Brenda getting her boot off (torn plantar fascia muscle).

In Whole 30 "non scale victories" my black dress pants were loose as hell today. Like the way they got when I bought them 2 years ago. 2 years ago I was still breastfeeding my daughter and since she couldn't tolerate dairy I had cut it out for months and obviously was limiting drinking. Just thought that was too much coincidence. In all the years I've been running, I have never lost weight because of running. Never. So whole 30 is still winning I guess. Maybe dairy stays out..... Only 5 days to go.

Complete rest day today. 
I started to doze off in the recliner at 8:45 last night, only woke up a couple of times in the night and didn't wake up until 6:15 this morning but even then I still felt groggy and tired. I had to rush around because I had a dentist appointment at 7:00 blah. Not a real fan of the 7 a.m. dentist appointment but I did make it to work on time. I never snapped out of it and spent the rest of the day feeling draggy, tired and just not 100%. I have a bit of drainage and cough starting so I'm probably coming down with something. I have slacked off the beet/greens smoothies this week and this is what I get!
Massage girl worked just my lower left leg yesterday (it was only a 30 min massage). I had knots from the top of my gastrocnemius muscle to the peroneal tendon in my foot. I feel about the same as yesterday - no energy, bit of a cough from drainage. Skipped the early swim in favor of resting although I didn't actually sleep anymore. 
Applied KT tape to my foot last night and what do you know, it feels a lot better today. Usually when I get out of bed it is tight and feels sore but loosens up as I walk around. This morning it didn't feel very bad at all when I got out of bed so now I am feeling hopeful. Now the trick will be keeping it from getting po'd at work. I am going to wear running shoes with a brace and the KT tape. 
I am planning to ride the trainer after work since I didn't get up to swim today if I can muster up some energy from somewhere.
