Heading out to paint with Jane and Janet today, then Janet and I are going to go for a bike ride. I'm looking forward to getting out. After a crazy busy summer, I'm finding myself going a little stir crazy standing in my studio by myself all day - I'm not used to all the alone time! Maybe it's actually possible to become less introverted over time? Hehe... ;)

Thank you all for concern about Matt. He saw the ortho yesterday - it's an evulsion fracture...nothing he can do to make it worse, just try to stay as pain free as he wishes to be. He can even do the Oly he had scheduled for this coming weekend if he feels like it. NOT FAIR!!!! OK, I'm being whiny again. Sorry. He's going to take his bike out tomorrow to see a) if the bike is OK - it seems to be, and b) whether he can ride it in his itty bitty splint. Geesh.

Thank you so much for all the love and support.
Root canals, fillings, drillings, and SEVEN temp crowns finished up this morning in a mammoth dentist session. Shoulda seen the look he gave me when I asked about training ... no, I didn't tell him about the 10K swim this weekend or Ironman next, why? What he doesn't know won't hurt him
So much more painful today after anaesthetic wore off than even when I broke them. Serious faching pain. Today's the day (and probably also delayed onset of getting whacked in the face) I really feel like I got bammed in the mouth by a gloveless heavyweight.
