Going to spend most of the day outside. Low 60s and sunshine - perfect working weather. Low wind today, so I may get a fire going and get some dead stuff burned up. Hauling wood wears me out quickly, so I'll have to pace myself. In the area where I cut a new trail, I discovered lots of huge spooky looking grapevines. Will try to get those cut today as well.

Blah blah blah. I have the blahs. My back hurts, I'm tired, and I ran out of Midol. Whine, whine, whine! At least the sun in peaking out a little bit for now. I think we're supposed to get more showers tonight and the next few days.
Hopefully we get some nice weather this weekend. My mom was mentioning she may want to grill out for Mother's Day. She's had such bad luck lately with her eyes and PT for the shoulder, it would be good if we could give her a really nice day. :)

Aaaah, a rest day. I'm not nearly as tired as I was last week, but the rest is still quite welcome.
I got my coach's analysis of my running form. Having been a "good" runner for some time, I was surprised that my form is not very efficient. About the only good thing I have going is a mid-foot strike. But, there are some very workable drills I can use to improve my form. With that, hopefully comes more efficiency and speed. Maybe my old PRs that I thought were untouchable are ripe for breaking.
