I should probably plan out some workouts. So maybe I do them. That's a thought???
Trudy has broached the topic of trying to do a "walking streak". I'd be happy with a workout streak of more than one day. I did set up the trainer, so I can do a bike ride inside if I want. Meh. I find the trainer so terrible.

So that's 6 workouts. There are 7 days in the week. I should be able to get this accomplished, right? I can even double up if I want more free days. Also, I have 3 days off this week, so plenty of free time. Hmmmmmmm.

Good set of workouts this morning. I felt better on the treadmill and relaxed in the water. Great start to the week!

Need to reign the nutrition back in. I ate everything in my path over the weekend! Yesterday, I had grand plans to get the house shiny, but I ended up spending the entire day in my robe. :) Did lots of research on places to stay for our upcoming Florida trip and had a lot of fun looking at houses on VRBO. As much as I'd like to get a house on the water with a pool, we'll probably stay in a hotel. It was a fun way to spend the day though. :) After our cruise, which begins & ends in Ft Lauderdale, we'll drive to the gulf coast and attend Masonic events in Ft. Myers, Sarasota, and the Villages before we head home. I'm trying to decide if we should just stay in once place and travel, or change hotels every day.

So that means today, I NEED to work on the house. It is a disgusting pigsty!

Walked all over with mom this morning, we went to talk to dad’s American Legion friends, we went to church, we did some necessary grocery shopping and then we came to the hospital to see dad. He seemed to know me and he seemed more lucid them he has ever been. First day for the face mask. Hate it!
