So, I was feeling a bit down about my lack of gallery sales lately, then I went and checked the mail for the first time in a couple of weeks and found two checks from my galleries for a total of 7 paintings sold in January. OOPS! Maybe I should check the mail *before* I get mopey. I think this is the second time I've done this in a couple of months. Apparently my galleries don't call me when they sell paintings anymore...
Sold my old fatbike to Haley. Yay BT! (Or ex-BT, I guess...)
Looking into getting a coach. Nothing fancy, just someone to make me a custom training plan. I feel like the ones I've paid to download in the past are a bit too cookie cutter, and I have so many questions that I get the sense I'm doing it wrong when I try to follow them. 
Gorgeous and warm out today. Trails might be slush, so I'm debating where to ride.

Busy week ... in class all week and it's been a lot of work so far. Starting early, working late and actual work has been intruding and I've had other stuff to tend to as well. At least I don't have to commute since it's a virtual class.

Decided to take the rest of today and tomorrow off training. I think it will make a big difference in my attitude.

Swim this morning and spin tonight. My azz and hammies are sore from yesterday's strength and my upper body is still sore from weekend workouts. I'm tired and whiny and feeling a little beat up. I feel like I need a couple of days off, but I don't want to miss the workouts. All of the stress is making me want to eat more. I'm really sorry I let the swim coach cram everything into a week. It threw me completely off.

So I spent my lunch break cleaning .....not as fun as PiYo or Yoga, but definitely necessary.

Weight 158.2 (18.2% BF) in AM. Switched from ibuprofen to topical NSAID gel last night.

Rest and treatment day. At orthopedist's direction, doing hamstring and hip flexor stretching, ice, topical NSIAD, and a bit of rest.

No go on any training for today... after a few weeks of feeling like I'm catching a cold, BAM, it hit full force yesterday, but pretty much skipped the total head congestion.  Deep, awful cough centered in my chest.  I did not think running in the cold this morning would be wise, so taking it easy until I see some improvement and definitely no swimming.  If I swim with any trace of a cold it prolongs things for weeks.  The woes of being on an immune suppressant, ugh.
