Whatever Mike the PT did last week was good because I feel like a lot of progress has been made since then. What I am feeling is a lot more in the "normal" range that the "injured" range, if you know what I mean.
Mike and Jackie got together and decided to try a few sessions on the AlterG with me. I have one this afternoon and one next Tuesday. It will be busy day -- the work to AlterG appointment to BritFit class will be a tight turnaround.
Oh, and snow is in the forecast for tomorrow. The freak out has already begun. I just need for them to keep my pool opened!
UPDATE
Raleigh approached freak out. 2-3" of snow expected. NWS: "A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for all of central NC from late tonight through Wednesday. Snowfall Accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected, with locally higher amounts possible across the North central and Northeast Piedmont."

9:15am: Headaches are back. :
Outdoor walk and strength training today. 
I'm thinking about getting the cute little 3-quart Instant Pot so I have something to do yogurt in. Yogurt takes about 8 hours and so I have to do it on the weekend when it won't interfere with either my weekly food prep or dinner plans and it's all just sooo difficult for me..... wah. #firstworldproblems

orangetheory - left Sadie in the basement alone since she seems to do better. There is a patch of drywall at the top of the stairs that's missing, but chewing walls doesn't really seem to be her thing. I almost wonder if she was sitting there and her tail hit it or something? Nothing else was chewed (including the brand new bone I gave her). Progress.

I had a hard time falling asleep last night with my body still being on pacific time plus my mind thinking of so much work stuff. I tried to get up early today to get in a workout, but I am still on pacific time. It didn't happen. Will be at the site all day today and then have an 8:00pm flight back to San Diego tonight. I hate work travel.

Met up with Sweeney and watched The Post - my first time going to the movies in years!  It was really good.  Still sticking with whole30 rules (calling it the 90% solution), so trying to come up with more non-drinking activities since usually my favorite pastime is going to wineries... in the summer it's easy b/c there's so many outdoor things to do, but in the winter when it's freezing, not so much.  We figured the museums in DC would be super crowded on the holiday.

Early morning flight to Detroit for work.

Cold and snowing in Detroit. Arrived to the hotel a little after 4:00. Changed and went to the fitness center for a quick workout. Quick shower and met my co-worker in the hotel lobby for dinner. Did a bit of work after dinner and now time for bed - trying to reset myself to east coast time zone for tomorrow.
