We both work up at 6:50 AM.  I feel like I have been beaten up.  yoga is my plan for the day.
I copied tomorrows Spinerval PDF out--looks like a beast.  If the weather is nice enough I may just take it outside instead.
Random thought for the afternoon.....if you sneeze and fart at the same time is it called a SNART or a FAREEZE?  I am thinking it should be SNART cause it sounds funnier.

Cycing today instead of yesterday was wishful thinking. I planned to work from home to make things more 'flexible' but it didn't work out like that. Meetings running on and then dealing with actions meant that it didn't happen.

Had a fantastic evening spectating cycling at the Round 1 of Revolution6 at the Olympic Velodrome in London. Laura Trott vs Marianne Vos in the omnium, exciting riding! I'll be back on plan tomorrow.
