Practice swim for next weeks race (Reston Triathlon) @ Lake Audobon.  Not a particularly good swim.  Followed by two loops of the bike course.  Felt pretty good the first loop and then pretty tired the second loop.  Probably due to Friday's bike & SUP activities and yesterday's shop ride.
