having a minor PF flare-up, feels like it's centered around the site of the cort injection from last year. Periodically when I run, I'll get a sensation that things are "breaking loose" for want of a better description in that area. Like it's scar tissue working its way out. Have a PT friend who says this is normal, that the fascia is like a web covering the bottom of the foot and there will be many many small tears with PF that heal and then eventually tear free.

Aaaaanyway, got up to run this morning and not only had the twinge in the foot, but my left knee feels like it's out of whack -- like if you step down wrong and torque it. I'll recheck this evening to see how things feel and get a sense if it's something more than just a minor ache.

I haven't blogged about my aquarium in a long time --- got a 55 gallon last year for Christmas and have had a great time setting it up. It's fully planted with a lot of plants you would see in an Asian jungle stream, and has a small school[...]

Was going to go to gym last night, but opted to work out at home.....Need to figure out the best times to go to the club to swim...usually after work pool is being used for other things. Need to go between 8 and midnight or see if the leisure pool is free, or save my swim workouts for the two days of the three (Fri/Sat/Sun)

3 Miles on the stationery bike between 90-95 RPM, level 2...nice easy ride to get started, then a few sets or Leg curls and extensions....

Going to have to work on getting up alittle earlier in the morning to get my short runs in, for mid January the weather has not been that cold.

Feeling ok, but really need to get in the pool and get a routine...I need alot of work there and the swim part is my worry.

I adjusted my Weight Watchers membership to include meetings. The closest one is in Butte (40 miles), but at least the 6pm Monday night time works really well. I think that setting aside time each week to really reflect, plan and celebrate with others is going to help my focus. I like the leader pretty well already. The group really tended to the older lady end of the spectrum. There was maybe one person younger than me and one other near my age. The leader is just a couple years older than me at least. 2017 is MY YEAR and January is half over so I'd best me getting to it.
