B: 2 eggs, sweet potato
L: 1/2 chicken breast, kale, apple
S: 1/2 banana and casher butter, pickle
D: kale, 1 hard boiled egg, pear, almonds, balsamic salad; also tasted a bunch of salsa that T was making
 
Got late so didn't sit down for a proper meal - just ate what was around. T is going back and forth on extending the W30. I told him I wasn't ready to stop yet, but I don't know when I will stop. I'm just not ready to rejoin the real world of eating yet. I do really well with rules, and I snowball whenever my food choices open up. So as long as I'm not craving anything (other than wine!) I don't want to stop.
