Rode the grocery-getter to Target with Bob.   I forget how cold it gets, so quickly.  It was pretty nippy, so I am glad the ride is under a mile each way.  We think the grocery getter is about 12-13 mph depending on my enthusiasm, clocked by Bob riding with a bike computer.  I also need to remember to raise the seat before I ride it again.   It is crazy hard to pedal uphill to get from Target to the bike path, especially when the basket is full.  I wouldn't have minded a few gears.

Taking it easy today after waking up still feeling tired and not in the mood to do anything what so ever. Did my chores in the house though and went out for a nice walk with my husband. Eat at the Libanese restaurant and also had some ice cream. Had too many carbs today, but it kinda felt good. Still in the process of learning to listen to my body.

Chest press on bench w/12 lb DB unto 90 sec up (about 20)
Spiderman planks 30 sec

Circuit 3 repeat through 3X
20 alternating side lunges holding 20 lb KB then
TRX rows until 90 sec up (About 20)
Hold crunch and sissor legs for 30 sec
