12:07pm:  Friday!  A couple more hours and I'll be able to leave here and enjoy the beautiful day!
Plan on going for a walk/run after work and then I'm heading out to have dinner with an old friend of mine, which should be fun.  Other than that, this weekend should be lowkey -- I have to get the memory book for my parents' anniversary mostly done, but that's it.  YAY.
Blackhawks on tonight -- game 2 -- starting late, though.  An 8:30pm start means that there's no way I'll be awake when the game ends.  Just not gonna happen...

Grandma is about the same. Nurse gave her 24-72 hrs and she is still here. Dad and his sisters went through old photos this evening until late. Nice to see pics of Grandma when she was my age back in the 40-50s.

Got out and went to the pool. Had it to myself at 1 pm. 40 pool and did 15 laps. $5 a day. I will go back.

20s, Man on Fire Style.
But cut it short when Gym owner started talking to me after Lats, when I was going to get Dumbbells for "Finish Up".
Turns out he did IRONMAN Coeur d'Alene same year I did IMAZ. His youngest 22months so not time to do another one just yet, but has the idea it will happen.
He suggested some band work at angles to 'combat all the straight ahead'. Good idea.
Then it was 4:30... time to go.
No "Finish Up", No "Extra". Really tore everything else up, and was pretty cooked anyway.
NEED to do some Wrist Lifts, even if outside other lifting.
