Debating whether to head down to Golden for the Dirt Divas ride tonight, or just do my own thing. I'll probably go, but I'm getting a bit burnt out on leading rides. I just want to take it easy and follow! 
Still waiting to hear back from the shop on the status of my bike. I expected it to be here last week. Would be really awesome if I had it by this weekend, who knows where it is right now?? For the record, I'm super excited about this particular bike and will be thrilled about it despite the wait - I'd buy it again - BUT I will probably not buy from this particular shop in the future. I haven't heard from them once in 9 months of waiting. All of the updates I've gotten came straight from Pivot through my team. I sort of wish they would at least call me every once in a while with an update. Is that asking too much?

Palm Coast workout ...but minus the single leg sets in order to give the knee a rest. Also missed shoulder pull down due to running out of time.

Physiologically I can start to see a difference both in tone and in reducing the evidence of beer consumption. More importantly, though, I can feel the difference ...and it just makes me want to get back even more.

Think these workouts are running longer than 1:15 but that is a good enough estimate.
