Got my lights all charged and ready to go for a night ride on Green Mountain tonight! Leading this ride for the women's team, and looks like there are at least 5 of us going. Should be fun. I like riding in the dark, but refuse to do it solo since I'd rather not get eaten by something ;

Feel like a new woman today. Rest day yesterday was a very good idea! Running & swimming this morning, then heading over to my mom's to help her with whatever she needs. Want to start doing this regularly since she can't do many things for herself anymore.

Sent the cardiologist an email and since then we've been playing phone tag. Decided to be smart about the chest pain and get her take, but I think I know what she's going to say, so this morning, I'm going to try backing down on the run portions of my intervals to 4.3. I may need to keep it at a fast walking pace until my fitness increases and I can handle running. I'll play around with it this morning. The running plan I'm using calls for Monday/Wednesday/Friday sessions, but I'm finding I need 2 days between sessions to recover. It may be better slowing things down but if not, I'll make my own schedule running every 3rd day or even just getting in 2 days a week. Haven't been on the bike at all this week, but there's onl[...]

Today the pool is being fixed, actually the hot tub, but they are on the same system so both down.  Heading to Miami for the races this weekend.  Plenty of walking there but won't be back to the pool till Monday or more likely Tuesday. 
Although I get an occasional odd up reading.  Like Tuesday it jumped 3 plus pounds, overall my weight is moving down.

Another long day trip (242 miles round trip) to Raritan, NJ and back.  Meeting went great though, only lasted an hour.  And I was back home by 3:30.

walked to the subdivision clubhouse and gym. Really nice pool and pretty nice wo room. No kettlebells or foam roller, but just about everything else you could want. Mad I forgot my goggles/cap pouch in my gym bag at home. :(
