Sweat Test:
90 Minute Sweat Rate: 0.5 pound (8 oz) + 1 pound (16 oz of Vega consumed) = 1.5 pounds or 24 oz 
So I should drink 8 ounces every half hour.  Seems easy to accomplish - just drink at every aid station... didn't work all that well at Syracuse though!  Maybe I didn't drink enough on the bike.

7:29am:  Friday! I get tomorrow off as one of my 6 holidays of the year. I'll take it. And one of these days it might actually be dry enough to hit the MTB trails -- right now the trails are still closed, but another day or two of no rain might finally make them ride-able.
Got a good night's sleep last night and am feeling pretty decent this morning. I've got so many things I want to get done this weekend! I have lists that feature a nice mix of productivity and relaxation. Looking forward to a few days off, for sure.

Wasn't really feeling like running this morning, but I dragged my butt out of bed anyway and went.  The first 15-20 minutes were hard.  I need to either find my foam roller or get a new one.  My right hip is really tight.
As I was coming home, I noticed a fire engine outside my apartment.  Got closer and saw everyone standing outside and a firefighter climbing up on the roof.  SO SCARY!  Found my family and figured out it wasn't a fire pretty quickly.  We got to go back in shortly after I got back, but I did have to walk up all of the stairs to get to the apartment.  Just what my sore legs needed!
Finally starting to clear all the adrenaline out of my system.  
Signed up for a 5k in my city on the 4th of July.  I can walk to the starting line! I'm not really concerned about racing so much, but it will be fun to have a race as my long run this weekend.  We don't really have any other plans for the weekend.  We should be[...]

Should I make it through the work day I have a haircut planned.  However....since my work has included a realm of stupidity beyond all measure this week I am doubtful of surviving the day (without at least a few good F bombs that is)

Nice and EZ again this morning, that's my style. Of course, last night was not so EZ.  The bike ride was looking like a wet one, so I re-directed myself, raised my intensity level, and did 30 minutes of pushing instead of the hour of wandering. It made for a good, short, intense workout.
